Lightning Player („die App“) ist ein Medienplayer. Die App stellt selbst keine Inhalte bereit. Du trägst deinen eigenen IPTV-Anbieter (Xtream-Codes-API) oder eine M3U-Playlist ein; die App verbindet sich mit deinem Server und spielt deine Streams.

Kurzfassung

• Wir erheben, verkaufen oder teilen keine personenbezogenen Daten.
• Keine Konten, keine Analyse, keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Dritt-Tracker.
• Alles, was du eingibst, bleibt auf deinem Gerät.

Lokal gespeicherte Daten

• Playlist-/Profildaten (Server-URL, Benutzername, Passwort/Token) — lokal gespeichert. Passwörter im Schlüsselbund (Keychain), übrige Einstellungen im App-Speicher. Diese Daten verlassen dein Gerät nur, um den von dir eingetragenen Server zu kontaktieren.
• Wiedergabedaten (Gesehen-Status, Fortsetzen-Positionen), Favoriten, Downloads und App-Einstellungen — lokal.

iCloud (optional)

Wenn du iCloud-Sync aktivierst, werden einige Einstellungen sowie dein Gesehen-/Fortsetzen-Fortschritt in deinem eigenen iCloud-Konto (Apple iCloud Key-Value-Store) gespeichert, um sie zwischen deinen Geräten zu synchronisieren. Diese Daten kontrollierst du und Apple; der Entwickler hat keinen Zugriff. Du kannst iCloud-Sync jederzeit in den Einstellungen abschalten.

Netzwerkverbindungen

Die App verbindet sich ausschließlich mit:

• dem von dir eingerichteten IPTV-/M3U-Server — zum Laden deiner Listen und Abspielen deiner Streams;
• The Movie Database (TMDb) — für optionale Cover und Metadaten zu Filmen/Serien;
• Apple — für In-App-Käufe und (optional) iCloud-Sync.

Die App enthält keine Analyse- oder Werbe-SDKs.

In-App-Käufe

Optionale Abos und ein Einmalkauf werden vollständig über Apple In-App-Kauf abgewickelt. Wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten. Ein lokaler 7-Tage-Test-Timer wird auf dem Gerät gespeichert (und in deiner iCloud gespiegelt, damit eine Neuinstallation ihn nicht zurücksetzt).

Kindersicherung

Eine optionale Eltern-PIN kann Profile und einzelne Inhalte sperren. Die PIN wird lokal im Schlüsselbund gespeichert und nicht übertragen.

Kinder

Die App ist ein allgemeiner Medienplayer und richtet sich nicht an Kinder. Sie erhebt wissentlich keine personenbezogenen Daten, auch nicht von Kindern.

Speicherung & Löschung

Da alle Daten lokal sind, entfernt das Löschen der App die Daten von deinem Gerät. Du kannst Profile, Downloads oder den Verlauf auch in der App jederzeit entfernen. iCloud-synchronisierte Elemente lassen sich über deine Apple-ID / iCloud-Einstellungen entfernen.

Lightning Player (the “App”) is a media player. It does not provide, host, or include any content. You add your own IPTV provider (Xtream Codes API) or M3U playlist; the App connects to your server and plays your streams.

Summary

• We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data.
• No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party trackers.
• Everything you enter stays on your device.

Data stored on your device

• Playlist/profile data (server URL, username, password/token) — stored locally. Passwords are kept in the device Keychain; other settings in the App’s local storage. This data never leaves your device except to contact the server you entered.
• Viewing data (watched status, resume positions), favorites, downloads and app settings — stored locally.

iCloud (optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, some preferences and your watched/resume progress are stored in your own iCloud account (Apple iCloud Key-Value Store) so they sync across your devices. This data is controlled by you and Apple; the developer has no access to it. You can turn iCloud sync off at any time in Settings.

Network connections

The App only connects to:

• The IPTV/M3U server you configure — to load your lists and play your streams.
• The Movie Database (TMDb) — to fetch optional movie/series artwork and metadata.
• Apple — to process In-App Purchases and (optionally) iCloud sync.

The App contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

In-App Purchases

Optional subscriptions and a one-time purchase are handled entirely by Apple In-App Purchase. We never receive your payment details. A local 7-day trial timer is stored on your device (and mirrored in your iCloud to prevent reset by reinstalling).

Parental controls

An optional parental PIN can lock profiles and individual content. The PIN is stored locally in the Keychain and is not transmitted anywhere.

Children

The App is a general media player and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Data retention & deletion

Because all data is local, deleting the App removes the data from your device. You can also remove individual profiles, downloads, or watch history inside the App at any time. iCloud-synced items can be removed via your Apple ID / iCloud settings.

Third-party attribution

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
